Customer Success Manager - Product Department

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at the Federation of Italian American Organizations of Brooklyn in the Product department. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving product adoption.

  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products
  • Collect feedback from clients to help improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client needs and feedback

Project Manager - HR Department

We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Project Manager to join our innovative HR department. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating a variety of HR projects to ensure their successful implementation and completion. Provide regular and transparent communication of project status updates to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment and transparency
