ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Receive orders daily from Sales Representatives and perform validation check Enter and schedule Direct Sales Representative orders onto billing system Communicate with customers as needed during the service delivery interval to keep him/her apprised of any schedule or service impacting information Reschedule installation appointment with customers, as necessary Run reports and utilize appropriate systems to monitor order progress to identify any issues that would prevent service from being installed as scheduled Escalate to upper level management as necessary to resolve issues Ensures Direct Sales Department payroll is completed in a timely manner to comply with corporate timeline Ensures all nightly reports are completed same day and sent in prior to end of the same sales day Evaluate current services and customer interests and offer additional services and/or upgrades Answers customer’s questions regarding billing, services problems products and features Corrects errors and discrepancies on customer billings through billing system as necessary Interact with other MaxxSouth department managers to ensure proper procedures are followed within all MaxxSouth departments Perform other sales & marketing duties as assigned management and/or the sales & marketing department May be required to work on Sundays occasionally

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent – required 1-year prior related work experience – preferred 1-year experience with sports production preferred

Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.

Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards at all times

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Walking, kneeling, standing, stooping, sitting, driving, hearing, talking, vision (close, distant, color, depth perception, adjust focus), and use of hands and fingers. Light lifting of 30 lbs. is occasionally needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Direct Sales Administrator is a full time, non-exempt position.  If overtime is required, it must be approved in advance by the supervisor.  The Administrative Assistant works in an automated business office environment with business office equipment including telephones, personal computers, and copy machines. The Company is a drug-free workplace. All employees are required to adhere to the Company’s drug-free workplace programs and policies. Pre-employment testing is mandatory along with random testing throughout continued employment.
