Job Summary :
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving law firm for a Staff Attorney position. The ideal candidate must have a Florida Bar License and at least 2 years of litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense).  

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Discovery and Responses.
  • Review and assessment of Medical Records, Depositions and other legal documents. 
  • Draft Medical Chronologies, Billing Summaries and Memorandum of Law.
  • Drafting Reports. 
  • Covering Events as Needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Florida Bar License, and be in Good Standing.
  • At Least 2 years of litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense). 
  • Knowledge of State Court Procedures.
  • Draft Summaries and Case Status reports, assist in the preparation of discovery, and prepare witness lists and exhibit lists.
  • Tech savvy in Word and Acrobat. Litify experience is a plus.
