Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various issues related to ongoing litigation.
- Draft, review, and revise discovery responses, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Provide litigation support by preparing case strategies, analyzing evidence, and assisting with trial preparation.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement legal strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant Florida state laws, case law, and legal precedents that may impact ongoing cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal research, drafting discovery responses, and supporting litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
