JOB INPUTS

Understand the HSBS value proposition and articulate it to prospects of all sizes and complexityEffectively present Holman Marketplace capabilities to prospectsExplain standard upfitting to prospects as needed in an accurate and effective wayFollow up on all assigned external leadsReceive and follow up on internal leads generated from a variety of sourcesMarketingReferralsSDR reps that work for Holman FleetChannels leads after the first 12 months of channel executionTrack leads and prosects using Microsoft DynamicsEffectively conduct prospect calls with leads and prepare proposalsWork closely with Operations Team to confirm capabilities and ensure a smooth implementationManage the entire buyer journey from lead to close

Education and/or Training:

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceProficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

2-4 years experience in a sales & customer facing role, preferably in some aspect of the automotive/fleet space.Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or departmentCollecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency.
