To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintains and updates bulletin boards with respect to attendance.
  • Coordinates and maintain associate uniform program.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Human Resources team and reports to the HR Manager.

Required experience:

Assist department in conducting phone screens and scheduling interview sessions

Assist department in preparing for associate functions (holiday functions and gifts, luncheons, picnic, family day, service awards, perfect attendance incentives, blood drives, hearing tests, newsletter, etc.).

  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Punctual and regular attendance is required.
  • Able and willing to work any shift assigned.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties.
  • Keeps work areas clean and orderly.   
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities.
  • Assumes other duties as directed by manager.
