Position Description

The Contract Instructor non-acoustic Electronic Warfare Operator (CIEWO) HSM reports directly to the Assistant Site Manager. The CIEWO's specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proficient in conducting all aspects of the DARTS non-acoustic Electronic Warfare Operator post HSM FRS analysis training curriculum and performs direct CI interface with training EW Operators throughout the training program/sessions to include brief and debrief of the training sessions/scenarios. Evaluate Operator's training/mission performance as required. Provide SME support / assistance in maintaining curriculum currency, EW training aids including Aircrew Training System and ranges and NAWAC, RWWS regarding system mission/performance/function and assist WING/ WS/FRS. Utilize and coordinate scheduling of the MH060R TOFT/CST at Jax and Mayport. Provide training for deployed and FDNF squadrons/detachments. Teach/reinforce the tactical application and interpretation of MMR, ISAR, RPFF, IFF, EO/IR and MAD information/system capabilities. Teach/reinforce how to best exploit EW sensors based on mission profiles, EMCON, ROE, etc. and cooperate with other EW aircraft. Review curriculum, assess and recommend improvements to the training program via the appropriate training management officials. Ability to work any shift, weekends and travel as required by the contract. Perform other duties as assigned by Site
Management.

Position Requirements

CIEWO Requirements:

The Contract Instructor non-acoustic Electronic Warfare Operator (CIEWO) HSM must demonstrate the ability to operate and instruct in the applicable HSM equipment/trainers required on current Contract and onboard H-60R aircraft.

A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated operational experience operating non-acoustic systems in the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) /HS /HSL / HSM aircraft. A minimum of four (4) additional years of non-acoustic (EW) analysis training-related experience.  Completed the relevant EW/Non-acoustic sensor operator courses. Completion of a formal military Instructor/Trainer program. (NEC 9502). Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Windows and MS Office software. The applicant must be a US Citizen, possess the ability to obtain a US Passport and have and maintain a valid
driver's license. Applicant will be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and receive a SECRET clearance.
