Laboratory Coordinator

Job Summary

Oversee daily operation of laboratory facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and execution of biology laboratory and field exercises Purchase laboratory supplies and equipment and manage budgets for lab classes Maintain laboratory inventory Train and supervise student assistants Maintain annual review of laboratory prep notes Ensure safe and functional laboratory environment Develop and/or update and enforce laboratory regulations Maintain safety protocols for all teaching and research laboratories in the department

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary

$22.36 - $29.03 per hour
