Childcare Customer Care Specialist – Back Up Care Team

Start Date: Monday July 1st 2024

Pay Rate during Contract: $

Contract Length: 3 month contract

Worksite Location: Westminster, CO 80020

Schedule: Mon-Sun 8am-6pm (40 hours per week within this range)

Job Description:

·Client Support: You will be the first point of contact for employees at our client companies, providing them with the support they need to ensure their workday runs smoothly. This could involve taking inbound calls from employees or reaching out to our internal networks, such as child care centers or in-home care options.

·Problem Solving: If an employee’s regular child care provider is unavailable (due to a facility closure, vacation, illness, etc.), they will turn to us for help. Your role will be to find a suitable child care solution, allowing the employee to continue their workday uninterrupted.

·Communication: While you won’t be directly communicating with other teams, you will be expected to maintain clear and concise internal notes in our CRM system. This ensures all team members are up-to-date and can provide consistent support to our clients.

·Our goal is to enable our clients’ employees to continue earning their paycheck and fulfilling their work hours, even when unexpected child care issues arise.

Qualifications:

·High school diploma or equivalent required

·Minimum 1-year customer service, help-desk, and/or call center experience

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone conversations accurately

·Exceptional organizational and time management skills, in addition to, the ability to work closely with other team members and departments

·Typing proficiencies of 35 wpm/and above average data entry skills preferred

·Proficient in basic Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills (copy, paste, etc.)

·Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems

·Ability to determine needs of the caller and obtain necessary information without following a scripted process
