Opportunity Overview:
This candidate will be responsible foroverseeing all aspects of any project in a companys IT departmentwhich includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects arecompleted on time and within their specified budgets. Some of an ITProject Managers daytoday duties include.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providingoverall management of assigned technology projects in support ofcorporate transformation initiatives daytoday business operationsand our external clients and partners
Direct and oversee the implementation and fulllifecycle of small to medium projects or may be part of a PM teamfor complex programs
Regularlyinterface with the IT engineering resources IT management and otherlineofbusiness owners to ensure speed of delivery transparency ofproject work and consistent stakeholder participation
Have full responsibility for meetingclient approved integrated master schedules motivating team membersto complete work efficiently and accurately and ensuring that allservices are delivered according to project contractualrequirements
Serve as theprimary point of contact and interface between technical teams andupstream project/program managers business stakeholders andexternal clients if applicable
Manage daytoday tasks for internal and vendor managed project teammembers
Collaborate withvarious functional and technical teams to ensure timeline completeand accurate implementations
Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
Assist with project budgetresources and schedule
Performquality control and ensure quality assurance of projectdeliverables
Submit projectstatus and other assigned reports to the PMO and other stakeholders
Ensure deliver of projectlifecycle documents including but are not limited to Project PlanInstallation Plan Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Systems DesignDocument Configuration Management CM Plan Release Management Plan& Risk Management Plan
Track costs schedule and project performance and take correctiveactions when necessary to ensure that projects are within budget onschedule and meet quality standards & customer satisfaction
Utilize Project Management PMlifecycle and Systems Development Lifecycle SDLC methodologies.
Contribute to corporaterepository of project standards.
Contribute to proposal writing.
This is a REMOTE position. Ability totravel up to 50%. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of projectmanagement experience required
PMP or CSM certification required
Experience in various project methodologies e.g. AgileDevOps PMP and or ITILv4
Working knowledge of standard Project Management tools: SmartsheetMS Project Jira Confluence Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint OneNoteContact Centers Data Centers Digital Transformations etc.
Experience leading smallmedium technical projects at Internal Revenue Service IRS.
Supporting mixed technologyenvironments: Windows Unix Linux Solaris etc.
Must possess exceptional organizationalinterpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Must be ableto communicate effectively and professionally verbally and inwriting.
Experience inmanaging both staff and processes deadlineoriented work budgets andrevenue and profitability.
Experience leading technical projects spanning multiple knowledgetechnical and functional disciplines.
