Job Title: Solutions Architect/Enterprise Architect with IRS MBI Clearance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect/Enterprise Architect to join our team at 3M Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems design, and excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and implement new features and systems.
* Create comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, processes, and best practices, including ELC/OneSDLC documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues and challenges.
* Ensure all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
* Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in enterprise architecture.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on architectural best practices.
* Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications to production environments.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solutions architecture roles.
* Proficiency in designing and documenting complex systems and architectures.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Experience with agile development methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with ELC (Enterprise Life Cycle) and OneSDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks and related documentation.

Bonus Points:

* Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
* Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
