We're on a mission to advance medicine by connecting patients with clinical trials. 80% of clinical trials are delayed because they can't find enough suitable participants. We're closing that gap with user-friendly technology and patient engagement to match patients with new treatments.

We sit at the intersection of healthcare and technology and are innovating to drive better outcomes for patients. We're on a rapid growth trajectory, have over 1.3M patients in our database, and many opportunities to capitalize across the US clinical trials industry.

We are a lean team of less than 20 employees and are currently hiring multiple roles to support our growth.

About the Role

HealthMatch is looking for someone to be part of our growth journey. The initial focus of the role will be to own our nascent affiliate program with potential to broaden into other areas growth based on the opportunities you identify.

As an Growth Marketer focused on the affiliate program, you will be tasked with on building, maintaining, and scaling partnerships for customer acquisition and engagement. This is a full-stack role, where you will be responsible for establishing new partnerships, launching and managing campaigns, and measuring the performance of the affiliates.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver on the following metrics: 
    • $ revenue driven by affiliate partners
    • % partners growing earnings
    • # partners acquired
    • % partners retained
  • Build Relationships: Identify potential new  affiliate partners, reach out and introduce them to HealthMatch, and negotiate and manage agreements. Once you've built the relationship, work with partners to drive more volume and earn more.
  • Execute Campaigns: Work with partners to execute user acquisition campaigns and promotions, collaborating with internal teams such as Pricing and Promotion, Creative, and Affiliate Operations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and report on the performance of the affiliate channel against goals, identifying opportunities for continued growth.
  • Program Strategy & Improvement: Figure out how to scale this program up and work with internal teams to improve our tech, systems, processes, and funnel.
  • After 3-months Building the Affiliate Program: You're expected to seek other opportunities within growth & marketing to help us continue to deliver great results. Think performance marketing, conversion optimization, analytics, or lifecycle marketing.
We're Excited About You Because You Have
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a either a growth focused role with hands-on experience in partner or affiliate management, or ex-consulting with strong analytical skills. Experience in HealthTech is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally to get complex projects done.
  • Drive: Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with a love for getting things done and having a meaningful impact.
  • Analytical Mindset & Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and communicate data to measure results and drive strategic decision-making. You're expected to be able to create your own reports and analysis (must have BI tool experience, ideally SQL skills)
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in Clinical Trials: Keen interest in diving deeper into the clinical trials industry. 
Applications

This is a full-time remote position working anywhere in the US. We have offices in Boston and Sydney, and you'll be expected to join meetings across these timezones regularly. Travel to our offices is also likely to occur.
