Crunch, known for its innovative and cutting-edge classes, is currently seeking Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors The HIIT Instructors will lead a high energy, intense boot camp-style class that is formatted for 4 different types of training: Cardio based, strength based, MMA based and an extreme level HIIT class. Reports to:
Group Fitness Coordinator
 
 Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation: $20.00/class for full hour formats and $10.00/class for 1/2 hour formats
  • Bonus potential for each class up to $10 extra as participation levels are met or exceeded

Certification Requirements:
  • Maintain valid CPR Certification
  • Maintain Accredited Group Fitness Instructor Certification (ACE, AFAA, or NASM preferred)

  • Energetic personality
  • Passion to help other people achieve and maintain health & fitness goals
  • Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
  • Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
·        Serve as a Brand Ambassador representing the Crunch Franchise to members, clients and potential members
·        Lead and deliver a positive fitness experience through fun, safe and effective group training sessions using the Crunch proprietary formats
·        Collect session participation data by member and guests for reporting
·        Drive member engagement and retention strategies through focused promotions

  • Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
·        Maintain certification and/or educational requirements

  • Maintain professional disposition at all times
