Job OverviewCrunch Fitness - South MS is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor to lead our high-intensity training classes. As a HIIT Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a fun and challenging workout experience to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high-energy group training sessions using Crunch proprietary formats
  • Collect session participation data for reporting and drive member engagement and retention strategies
  • Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats

Requirements

  • Maintain valid CPR Certification
  • Maintain Accredited Group Fitness Instructor Certification (ACE, AFAA, or NASM preferred)
  • Energetic personality and passion to help others achieve health and fitness goals
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
