We're on the hunt for a visionary Director of Marketing to play a pivotal role in nurturing community engagement and expanding the museum's footprint both locally and globally. Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Direct the orchestration, implementation, and refinement of marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, encompassing digital realms, search engines, social media hubs, email conduits, print mediums, and immersive experiences. Forge collaborations with internal units and external associates to craft compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with our target demographics.
- Brand Oversight: Safeguard and enrich the museum's brand persona, positioning it as a vanguard in experiential artistry and cultural ingenuity. Assure brand uniformity across all touchpoints, spanning signage, promotional materials, advertising endeavors, and digital domains.
- Audience Cultivation: Devise methodologies to deepen engagement among our existing visitor base while magnetizing fresh cohorts to the museum's realm. Harness the power of data analytics and customer insights to tailor visitor experiences, encourage repeat patronage, and cultivate allegiance.
- Content Crafting: Collaborate with creative teams to fashion captivating digital content, encompassing graphics, videos, and interactive marvels that strike a chord with our desired audience segment and mirror our brand ethos.
- SEO and SEM Leadership: Take the helm in augmenting the museum's visibility within search engine realms through meticulous search engine optimization (SEO) maneuvers. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to channel qualified traffic to our online precincts.
- Social Media Stewardship: Oversee and amplify the museum's presence across social media platforms by devising content calendars, fostering interactions with our followers, and harnessing social advertising avenues to expand our reach and engagement metrics.
- Email Marketing Endeavors: Strategize, enact, and fine-tune email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, spotlighting events and exhibitions, and catalyzing ticket sales and membership enrollments.
- Analytics Mastery: Employ cutting-edge web analytics tools to track and dissect digital marketing performance metrics, gleaning actionable insights to optimize campaigns for maximal efficacy and return on investment.
- Trend Vigilance: Keep a vigilant eye on emerging trends and preeminent practices in the digital marketing sphere, as well as technological advancements and shifts in consumer behavior, utilizing these insights to steer our strategies and fuel innovation.
Director of Marketing Qualifications:
- Five Years Plus in Directorial Marketing Roles: Demonstrable experience at the helm of marketing departments within high-volume arts, entertainment, or attractions sectors.
- Revenue Growth Prowess: A proven track record of propelling revenue streams and attaining sales objectives in dynamic, fiercely competitive milieus.
- Digital Marketing Acumen: A robust grasp of digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing modalities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal adeptness, coupled with a knack for fostering and nurturing relationships with both internal cohorts and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Visionary: A strategic thinker imbued with a data-centric approach to decision-making, coupled with an unbridled zeal for innovation and creativity.
- Team Leadership Expertise: Proficiency in steering cross-functional teams and orchestrating collaborative efforts among diverse stakeholders to realize shared objectives.
