Role Overview:

The Program Coordinator handles a variety of administrative enforcement processes by assisting with increasing collections either directly or via supporting county functions.  The position will utilize reports for undistributed collections and initiate income withholding orders for numerous enforcement processes.  The Program Coordinator will answer questions from attorneys, participants of the IVD program, and a variety of external stakeholders to provide courteous and timely customer service.

 

Salary:
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $34,216.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
  • Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
  • Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
  • Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
  • Maintain and organize program assets.
  • Prepare all program related training materials.

What You'll Need for Success:

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • General knowledge of the program area.
  • Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its affects upon other agency operations.
  • Ability to gather and compile program materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
  • Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
