The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department with various tasks such as collaborating with the development and execution of marketing plans, web and social media efforts, content development, promotional marketing materials, and analysis of existing/future projects. This position also requires involvement in other marketing and sales activities as needed.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time position, but we value work-life balance and strive to maintain a 40-hour workweek. Local in-office position. It's not a remote opportunity. As a key player on our team, you will be responsible for developing new leads and prospects. This is a crucial role in our team’s growth and success. There should be no call reluctance. Identify new marketing opportunities and create strategies to monetize those potential relationships. Nurture current key Referral Partner relationships to maximize revenue. Provide marketing support to Referral Partners as needed. Social media creation & execution and routine engagement on the social media platforms. A keyword to add here is “community management.” Work closely with field marketing team to Design & Create collateral materials to support Referral Partners Open Houses, Events, etc. Manage contacts in our company CRM, document, and track lead source engagement. Be fully knowledgeable about our products and services. Know our team value proposition and be proficient in conveying that message. Attend, coordinate, plan, and execute events with Referral Partners. Have no aversion to making outbound calls to attain new Referral Partners

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic. Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Have experience in creating content on social media platforms. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok. Able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills. Excellent time – management skills with the ability to multitask to meet deadlines. Ability to think strategically to solve problems or challenges. Knowledge of Canva. Ability to coordinate and work interdepartmentally.

Qualifications

Desired Competencies:
1. Experience with marketing methodologies and analytics.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a fast paced workflow.
6. Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years' corporate marketing experience or agency equivalent experience
3. Experience working with vendors and other external customers.
