Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible creating reports on inventory levels and maintaining accurate inventory levels for Finished Goods. Working closely with the warehouse, accounting, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy. This position has the responsibility to comply with safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce safety as a core value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to food safety & quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Team player who aligns and upholds our values: Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation and Continuous Improvement and passion for customer and consumers Attend and actively participates in safety meetings and training Always ensure regulatory compliance Complete inventory movements and or adjustments in SAP to ensure SAP is accurate to what is physically on hand for FG’s. Check in drivers and complete shipments once loads are completed and ensure shipping paperwork is completed accurately. Complete weekly cycle counts of FG’s to ensure 100% accuracy each quarter as well as at year end to ensure the warehouse is SOX compliant for Lenox and Norwalk. Assist production and or accounting with rework cycle counts when needed. Create and manage movements to 3PL’s based off production volume and inventory levels at Lenox warehouse. Manage 3PL inventory and all movements required to maintain accurate inventory at the 3PL’s Assist in maintaining Chep inventory accuracy. Populate KPI data that is assigned to the IA. Complete export documents required for export shipments and ensure documents are accurate. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The ability to use standard office technology such as a computer, copier/fax machine and phone system. One year of experience monitoring inventory levels; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Workers are required to wear proper PPE such as hair nets, ear plugs, and certain areas require earmuffs Frequent periods of sitting, walking and repetitive hand movement Exposure to changes in temperature and humidity Able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to ascend and descend stairs Manufacturing plant is a large, open floor.
