We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and PMP-certified IT Project Manager to lead our IT project teams in delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management, exemplary leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the technology spectrum. If you have a proven track record of leading and managing large-scale IT projects and teams, then this is the role for you

Plan, execute, and conclude multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Define and clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents for multiple IT projects. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly. Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel across various IT projects. Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path for multiple IT projects. Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring optimal resource allocation across projects. Monitor project milestones and deliverables for multiple IT projects, providing regular updates to all stakeholders. Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for each IT project. Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans for multiple IT projects. Foster and develop business relationships critical to the success of the IT projects.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously. Expertise in using project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices specific to IT. Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale IT projects and teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced IT environment.
