Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill business objectives into product features and enhancements within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.

Engage with stakeholders and external partners to ensure that digital features are appropriately prioritized, meticulously defined, flawlessly executed, and delivered with excellence.

Expertly manage work and project documentation utilizing our established project management software to ensure meticulous tracking and coordination. This role demands a high level of proficiency in capturing detailed notes and requirements and communicating them with clarity and precision.

Leverage market and user research, coupled with thorough data analysis, to refine our product and digital experience strategy.

Develop detailed user journeys to visualize end-to-end process flows, from current state to future aspirations.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, team members, vendors, and stakeholders, championing the product strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Create and disseminate communication materials that skillfully convey research findings and enhancements to management and stakeholders.

Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of enhancements and product launches, providing insights that shape future digital strategy and road mapping initiatives.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated with the capacity to work collaboratively and autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively while managing multiple assignments, deliverables, and responsibilities.

Remarkable interpersonal skills and the ability to forge solid relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels.

Possessing exceptional project management skills, this role requires a highly structured and organized individual who can hold others accountable and apply an analytical approach to all tasks.

Proven problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid technical acuity and aptitude are required.

Experience with requirements gathering, facilitating stakeholder sessions, and translating user needs into functional specifications is preferred.

Technical expertise in areas such as Marketing Automation, Digital Personalization Systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Analytics, and Visualization.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of related experience in digital marketing, Information Technology or PMO.
