This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $28.80 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who will grow at our Central Ohio Regional Distribution Center (CORD) in Marysville, Ohio . 

In this role you will create orders for each planned inventory move both inbound and outbound. You will also maintain data entry and inventory control within the warehouse. 

What you'll do in this role:

Assign and monitor daily tasks of warehouse staff.

Update and follow warehouse procedures to improve workflow.

Pull reports to track inventory and job management reports.

Input and manage data within SAP. 

Research and resolve order-level inventory discrepancies.

Create system tasks for operators.

Train back-ups for data entry and ground services.

Stay current on monthly safety tests.

Physical Qualifications:

Position entails prolonged and repetitive motion of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing, reaching overhead and arms/hands dexterity.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Able to operate scissor lift, up to 45 feet in the air.

What you'll need to be successful:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience with Google (Sheets, Docs and Slides), or Microsoft Office Suite. 

2+ years of Warehouse experience.

Ability to work well with other associates (teamwork).

Ability to work independently, handle adverse situations and problem solve.

Effective communication and time management skills.

Strong administrative and planning skills.

Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules/hours including overtime and weekends.

Understanding of inventory control processes.
