Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

Profit and loss of the facilitySupervision of the inside sales teamRespond to customer inquiries regarding products and servicesPrepare price quotesSource productsSupport outside sales team
 

Qualifications of the Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

3-5 years of experience working in the Industrial Distribution industry3 years of management experienceTeam player with strong people skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMS Outlook, basic Excel and ERP software experienceMust be self-motivatedEffective and proven team leader

Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
