What we expect from you…
  • Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
  • Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how)
  • Host birthday parties and amazing events for families.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
  • Learn new skills, show-not tell, run, jump and dance.
  • Talk to parents about how their kiddo is progressing and build relationships with families.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Required Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 
  • Must be reliable and available when scheduled as our kiddos depend on you to teach them and have Serious Fun.
