Position Overview:

As the Director of Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, overseeing all aspects of operations, and spearheading strategic initiatives to fuel our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and organizational restructuring.
  • Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and emerging trends to drive competitive advantage.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Must be CPA (inactive/active) certified. 
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in manufacture is a plus, but not required.
