Amentum is excited to offer a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Area Manager position within our National Security Intelligence Group. Our team is looking for charismatic leaders with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This is full time position managing a Construction Surveillance Team. The CST Area Manager will work a flexible schedule providing coverage to ensure oversight and support to 24/7 operations. Availability for occasional weekend hours is required.

The CST Area Manager:

Will work with Government Security Representative to implement orders of special instructions to CST Team.

Will lead by example and enforce compliance with customer and company work standards, policies, and procedures.

Will act as managerial authority to make real time performance and operational decisions.

Will serve as the point of contact for administrative needs from the CST workforce.

Establishes effective relationships and communications, both internally and externally, with persons of all backgrounds and organizational levels.

Accepts responsibility for his/her own performance and demonstrates the capability to assist other team members in reaching success within the organization.

Contributes to building a positive team environment.

Mentors, coaches, and trains new members of the team to meet or exceed program standards.

Will conduct training as needed for onboarding CSTs.

Will create ROMS for customers requesting new projects.

Will set up all CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements for deploying CSTs.

Tracks timesheets, facilitates clock in/out of employees and monitors attendance of CST employees.

Prepares accurate, detailed, and timely reports.

Enforces workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standards.

Possesses and demonstrates a positive approach toward achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.

Constantly seeks ways to improve and promote quality with existing and/or future innovations.

Displays ability and willingness to make decisions and offer guidance in real time.

Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.

Focuses on resolving conflict, providing performance feedback, recommending, and executing corrective action.

Maintains confidentiality and protects PII information per company standards.

Requirements

Must hold TS/SCI clearance with poly at the time of application.

Must possess High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to maintain a Top-Secret clearance including a polygraph.

Must be able to work in both office environment and harsh environments as requested.

Must have a working Knowledge of RF mapping and other technical inspections.

Must possess working knowledge of ICD 705 standards and be able to identify accreditation issues.

Must have security management experience in blueprint reading, site security planning and project start up procedures.

Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.

Must have scheduling experience, or other demonstrated experience coordinating employee resources to meet customer coverage requirements.

Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web-based tools.

Must have at least six months of supervisory experience.

Construction Knowledge.

Working knowledge of construction safety.

Background in providing security services.

Must be willing to TDY CONUS/OCONUS.
