We are seeking a customer-focused Cyber Trainer proficient in SaaS technologies and training. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our customers’ retention and upsell initiatives and needs to be a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, evangelistic startup environment and thrives on working with revolutionary technology.
Responsibilities
- Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies
- Conduct cyber Range training for SOC teams and individuals as part of new customers’ onboarding process
- Understanding our customers’ business needs and helping them succeed by means of training and building customized training paths.
- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, run NPS, and gather other feedback.
- Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support our customers and customer success team in Range product Q&A, demonstration, and training exercises.
- Effectively position new product releases and features to customers
- Improve and develop product technical documentation as well as capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a technical training
- Customer Success Management in a SaaS organization – A strong advantage
- Cybersecurity knowledge and familiarity with security operations, methodologies, and products – Strong advantage
- Proven track record in delivering great value to customers.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Works in a systematic and orderly fashion, able to dive deeply into detail
- Post-sales support experience- a strong Advantage
- EC-Council | Certified Incident Handler / Certified Security Analyst – a strong advantage
