In the role of Safety, Health, and Environmental Training Manager and Program Administrator, we’ll count on you to:
Identify SH&E procedure and training needs to meet regulatory, corporate, and client/contract requirements. Develop, maintain, and update SH&E procedures and training materials (including materials for eLearnings, virtual trainings, and live instructor trainings) and coordinate annual content reviews with area and regional SH&E managers and the director of SH&E. Evaluate and select vendor products for SH&E eLearnings and/or materials to support live instructor SH&E training. Coordinate with our learning and organizational development team to maintain a catalog of SH&E training courses and to setup, manage, and maintain SH&E content in our Learning Management System. Coordinate with our learning and organizational development team to provide reports of training completion and to track expirations and renewals. Deliver safety training in virtual and classroom settings. Coordinate with area and regional safety managers to maintain an SH&E training calendar. Design metrics to track safety training performance.Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene or other related field A minimum of 10 years experience in Safety Health and Environmental field Previous work experience in planning, developing, and conducting health and safety training and programs in the architecture/engineering/construction industry. Certification in one or more SH&E fields such as (Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Safety Trained Supervisor (STS)) or equivalent Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree A minimum of 5 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe
