Position Overview: Were seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. As an SLPA, youll play a vital role in supporting our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, providing direct therapy services to clients across different age groups and communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and interventions tailored to each clients goals.
  • Assist in conducting therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive the support they need to improve their communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and other relevant records.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of therapy services and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
  • Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent training.
  • State certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
