Position Overview: We are currently seeking talented and experienced Intelligent Automation Specialists to join our clients' teams in both full-time and contract/project-based roles. As an Intelligent Automation Specialist at ALT Digital, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage automation technologies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and design solutions that align with their strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging a variety of technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Analyze existing processes, workflows, and data structures to identify areas for automation and optimization.
  • Build and deploy automation bots, algorithms, and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions, performing regular audits and updates to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing Intelligent Automation solutions, backed by experience in RPA, AI, ML, or related fields.
  • Expertise in automation tools and platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.
  • Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
