Fantastic Opportunity for the Right Candidate
We are a Long Term Care Facility located at Springs of Broadway, 800 W Broadway Ave, West Memphis, AR, looking for an Activities Director.
Will be required to work weekends as needed
Certification for C.N.A preferred.
Experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Facilitate Group Activities: Leading and facilitating various group activities.
- Encouragement and Charting: Motivating residents to participate in activities and maintaining attendance records.
- Supply Management: Keeping activity supplies clean and organized.
- One-on-One Activities: Assisting residents with individual activities and transporting them to and from these activities.
- Special Events: Assisting with outings and special events.
- Collaboration: Working with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment and care.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Residents Rights.
