Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the therapy services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of therapy services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an acute care hospital setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong personnel management and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence clinical teams.
  • Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of therapy services and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Community Engagement: Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships within the community.
