Position Overview:
We're searching for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of communication and swallowing disorders. From pediatric clients taking their first steps in speech development to seniors seeking support for age-related issues, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact through personalized care and innovative therapy techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Empower clients and their families with practical strategies and techniques to support communication and swallowing function in daily life.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for certification.
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
