At VocoVision, we work with the worlds premier speech-language pathologists (SLP) to help them transfer their specialized skill sets to a virtual setting. Just like an in-person SLP, the duties of our teletherapist(s) change from student to student, depending on their individual challenges. Our SLPs offer treatment and assessment through Telepractice and serve clients with differing needs, including:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to address speech and language disorders, including articulation, language delays, fluency, and voice disorders.
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and caregivers to support student progress and achieve therapy goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation required for IEP meetings and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • South Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
