Construction Senior Project Manager

The area’s top General Contractor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage diverse commercial & light industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate and supervise work of subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.
- Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear project goals.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Manage contracts, procurement, and change orders.
- Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Solve complex problems and make decisions on-site and in real time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
