I/ Responsibilities:

Implement the community moderation strategy, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure its success and delivering excellent communication with customer service through social networks. Review and moderate user-generated content and profiles in forums, comments, images, videos, and audio, consulting with the Legal and Community teams as needed. Handle Community Admin accounts, process emails and complaints, and escalate issues when necessary. Moderate communities on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, adjusting methods as needed. Generate reports on moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes. Monitor and analyze benchmarks for moderation and user-generated content volume, and report on the effectiveness of group activities. Provide regular feedback from community moderation to the Community team. Stay updated on industry and company news to anticipate potential issues.

II/ Job Requirements:

Experience moderating online communities, especially on Facebook, is highly desirable. Knowledge or interest in the group's topic can help facilitate discussions and offer valuable insights. Excellent written communication skills. Familiarity with the POD brand and personalized products. Strong knowledge of online legal issues and ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proactive approach, and ability to report statistics. Quick to learn new tools and technologies. Flexible availability for days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
