Reports to: Shift Supervisor Location: Shelbyville, TN POC 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am; Monday thru Friday, overtime and weekend as needed Job Summary: The P ackaging Center (POC) - PM Shift  is responsible for working within a team of associates packaging and processing orders utilizing packaging equipment and/or display lines in a manner that meets company standards for safety, quality, productivity and accuracy. Job Duties Could Include:

 • Maintain safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with operating policies and regulations; wear all required safety PPE and operate all work duties in a safe manner following proper procedures
• Responsible for the operation of assembly, packaging and labeling machines
• Process orders and inventory by accurately entering production, material transfers and returns into the computer using SAP
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner/hand held gun and powered equipment (stand up forklift, to perform internal warehouse transactions such as transfer requests/transfer orders (TR-TO), product moves, returns
• Fill and move product, seal, pack and unpack boxes
• Set-up and repair equipment and tooling. Perform machine changeovers, basic routine maintenance and necessary mechanical adjustments as needed
• Ensure standard quality checks are performed properly and regularly
• Complete necessary paperwork to record production and quality performance on a daily basis.
• Take individual responsibility in keeping work area organized and clean
• Must be able to work in any area as needed, including duties consistent with both packaging and driving powered equipment to process orders.

Minimum Qualifications: • HS Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• At least 6 months prior experience operating machine or equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math skills with strong attention to detail including speed and accuracy in counting and verification
• Highly motivated team player, willing to accept additional responsibilities and strive for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Interact with and work well with others in various fast changing environments/ situations
• Ability to prioritize, manage time and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
Essential Functions: • Considerable physical effort lifting and moving material or objects that are average weight continuously and heavy weight material or objects frequently
• Ability to move inside warehouse and remain in stationary position up to 10 - 12 hours
• Bend, stretch, and reach low and high places frequently
• Operate buttons on computer and RF guns
• Ascend/descend ladder
• Move light weight objects or material overhead occasionally
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
• Ability to work in high places of 35-40 ft. and look up to high places by bending neck.
