Position Summary

Greet and welcome patients to the clinic. Responsible to ensure waiting area is tidy and maintains a pleasant appearance. Responsible for answering incoming calls in a professional manner; patient check in, check out, co-pay collection and scheduling in a clinic setting. Assist patients, staff and physicians following established standards and procedures. Responsible for printed (non-OneChart auto-faxed or health information management (HIM) printed) letters and
completes end of day closing procedures. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers required. Preferred Education: Associate's degree or equivalent If any degree/training is preferred, please specify the type: College coursework in Business. 
Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred. Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare environment with working knowledge of medical office operations preferred.
