About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of digital product management experience focused on infrastructure software delivery with a bias on cross-functional delivery in a highly-matrixed environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ years of building and delivering customer journey maps, interaction models, product roadmaps, and PI planning activities in support of improving product development across the portfolio
  • 6+ years of collaboration with software delivery/technical teams to inform of product strategy, design, and to surface roadblocks and technical impediments
  • 6+ years of managing a product portfolio comprised of multiple products, including the spend/investment estimation and allocation for each
  • 4+ years of experience managing daily technical design direction for teams
  • 4+ years of experience operating/delivering with Agile methodologies, including working in Scrum and Kanban teams on simultaneous builds
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience delivering infrastructure solutions (compute, network, middleware, database, storage, software engineering)
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence to senior team members
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs
  • Proactively drives impact with a bias toward outcomes over output
  • Ability to lead others without direct authority
  • Ability to translate business use cases into a set of product requirements
