Our Mission:The mission of The Women’s Center is to significantly improve the mental health and well-being of all members of the community through counseling, education, support, and advocacy. The Position:The Center provides marketing, referrals and billing for licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers and clinical psychologists. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.
- Provide quality diagnostic and clinical assessment and treatment plans.
- Complete documentation for each client encounter.
- Work collaboratively with the Center’s clinical and administrative team.
- Routinely evaluate client progress toward attaining objectives and goals and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
- Ensure that all clinical files are protected and properly stored according to Center standards.

What you need:
- Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
- License issued by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Clinical Psychologist.
- Willingness to credential with insurance carriers.
- Desire to provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care.
