Blackbird Health is looking for a Contract Licensed Psychotherapist to join our team of professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Psychotherapist efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based psychotherapy services.

Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients.

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy servicesEvaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessmentsEstablish positive, trusting rapport with patientsCreate individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstancesCollaborate with other specialty providers (i.e. CRNPs, EF Coaches, Speech therapists) to establish an Integrated Treatment PlanMeet with patients to provide counseling treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessaryConduct ongoing assessments of patient progressInvolve and advise family members when appropriateRefer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessaryMaintain thorough records of patient meetings and progressPerforms other clinical-related activities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Active Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)


We are seeking therapists who can work after 3:00 PM on weekdays and any hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekends.
