This position is part of the Order to Cash LAD SSC Operations team. This team is responsible for credit, collections, cash application and invoice delivery operations for US Federal customers and strategic commercial customers. This role will be actively engaged in all finance processes managed by the team and will be heavily focused on leading and project managing various transformation initiatives. The role will be heavily focused on various training, automation initiatives and partner with the other teams on key deliverables. Career Level -
Assist in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts. Collaborate with sales support, accounts receivable, and directly with the customer to resolve ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and enforce remedies in reconciling accounts. Manage portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest. Negotiate payment plans with customers and coordinate with different departments for approvals and signoffs. Conducts pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepares recommendations, and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts. Recognizes deteriorating credit situations recommending and implementing solutions. Prepares collection reports. Participate in weekly operations review, quarter end close, strategy implementations and executive reporting Perform adhoc analysis and develop a strong understanding of the various items on the Fusion ERP projects Ability to extract data, analyze and perform variance analysis on collections aging reports. US: Hiring Range: from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
