Kelly is assisting our client in Minneapolis, a large healthcare provider with a Contract Patient Registration Representative role. This is a temporary opportunity.

The basics of working as a Patient Registration Representative include:
  • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors
  • Gathering patient information and completing registration with the patient
  • Provide information and ensure patient paperwork is complete
  • Assisting with screening questions for COVID-19
  • Obtaining patient signatures and insurance documentation
