Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE is actively seeking a full-time or part-time marketing coordinator responsible for all marketing, public relations and website management to attract new customers and employees. This exempt-level position will work in our Fremont, Nebraska office. Some travel required. in the USA, or work from our Omaha, Nebraska Office or Urbandale, Iowa Office, with typical hours Monday - Friday, 45 hours/week (average). Very competitive wages offered based on experience. Mitek experience preferred.

Job Description
SCS is seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing and Website Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for enhancing our online presence, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting a range of marketing initiatives, working to add market share through sales leads and also provide marketing support to aid in recruitment of employees.

Qualifications:•Marketing-related degree.
•Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
•Proficiency with WordPress for website management.
•Design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
•Experience with photography. Experience in drone videography preferred.
•Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•Self-starter who can work with little supervision
  • Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel to other SCS locations and jobsites.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be very helpful.

Job Responsibilities
  • Social Media Marketing: Establish and manage content on all social media platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct SEO campaigns across the Midwest to attract potential clients and maintain brand relevance with existing clients. Utilize proven strategies to improve search engine rankings and boost online visibility.
  • Website Management: Oversee and update website content through WordPress, ensuring timely enhancements and addressing challenges related to legacy systems. Ensure the site remains functional and user-friendly to optimize the client experience.
  • Google Profile Optimization: Manage and optimize Google business profiles to enhance local/Midwest search visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and drive customer engagement.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce various printed and digital materials using Adobe Suite and Canva, including banners, brochures, flyers, print publications, radio and other promotional images, ensuring brand alignment and a polished, professional presentation.
  • Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and drone footage of construction job sites across the Midwest to showcase company projects for marketing and website purposes. Become drone certified.
  • Merchandise Procurement/Management: Coordinate the purchasing and approval of branded clothing and promotional materials for 500-600 employees. Oversee quarterly client merchandise gifts to maintain quality and brand standards.
  • Internal Communications: Author and distribute the company's internal monthly newsletter, improving communication and engagement within the organization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media and online marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign performance.
  • Flexible Team Support: Perform a variety of additional tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to supporting team and organizational objectives.
  • Sales Assistance: Work with sales to assist with creation of sales leads including assistance with trade shows, publications, sales leads services, etc.
  • Public Relations: Work to establish positive public relations in the communities that we serve through public service announcements, community involvement activities, charitable giving, etc.
  • Signage: Establish temporary and permanent signage, adhering to brand guidelines
