Primary Responsibilities:

Landscaping for all DATTCO properties – looking for someone with a green thumb Ensure equipment repaired and maintained Help solving problems related to maintenance Respect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environment Ability to work unsupervised and with other team members Participate in winter work projects to include snow plowing, shoveling and removal Respond to maintenance requests by the Facilities Manager Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed Daily attendance at work

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma, trade school or equivalent Experience in building and grounds maintenance Experience with commercial mowing equipment Valid driver’s license Must be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitude Must have a flexible schedule (Monday – Friday 0700 – 1530) Ability to communicate effectively Ability to manage and organize priorities
