Human Resource Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor to leadership and a vital resource for team members. Your role will encompass supporting onboarding, performance management, and providing essential guidance to ensure the success of both leaders and team members. You'll significantly influence how team members experience organizational change and will work closely with leaders to build teams that achieve specific business objectives. Additionally, you'll partner with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams. Your innovative thinking will drive effective problem-solving and the delivery of high-quality HR services. Provides guidance, support and counsel on employee relations issues and conducts investigations. This role also involves completing various technical and administrative HR tasks. Performs other duties as required. 

Requirements:

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience

- This is a remote position and will require 30% travel

- Ability to operate on EST/CST to support operational needs

- Three or more years of experience in employee relations/investigations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership

- Excellent reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict

- Ability to understand and explain policies and procedures

- Knowledge of human resources laws, regulations and administration that pertain to HR function (, Equal Employment Opportunity, Family Medical Leave Act and American Disabilities Act).

- Proficient Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (, Workday, Excel, Word, O365)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
