The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting, preparing, and delivering accurate and timely financials for Padnos and its subsequent Business Units. This Team Member will work in conjunction with others in the company’s finance team to improve accounting processes, produce financial statements, reconcile accounts, provide financial analysis, and support the Forecast and Budget processes.
Key Responsibilities
General Journal Entries Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements Month-end closing responsibilities including journal entries and accruals Balance Sheet Reconciliations Bank and Cash Reconciliations Daily Banking Weekly Forecasting Annual Budget Support Financial Analysis and Review Payroll Journal Entry and Review Assist internal clients with financial questions and concerns Support External Audit RequestsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Experienced in MS Excel and Microsoft Office products Prior experience in accounting preferredCompetencies
General ledger accounting and analytical skills Understands A/P, A/R, and Fixed Assets Great attention to detail and delivers work on a timely basis Demonstrates good communication skills, both written and verbal Process oriented Able to work in a self-guided manner Self-starting problem solver who is not afraid to ask questionsBe a part of the green movement and join PADNOS today
