Responsibilities:

Assist with various projects across departments such as marketing, operations, finance, human resources, real estate and development.

Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and contribute to ongoing projects.

Gain exposure to corporate operations and decision-making processes.

Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Strong academic record with a focus on business, marketing, finance, human resources, real estate and development or related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
