What We're Looking For

:

Crystal Stairs is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our Quality Assurance Unit. Under general supervision, the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for monitoring program compliance by conducting quality assurance reviews of client and provider files, providing feedback to program managers, and recommending process improvements. Must maintain utmost levels of confidentiality.


RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Schedule and conduct quality assurance reviews of client and provider files. Review files for compliance with contract and agency requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Validate documentation submitted within specific periods in accordance with contract requirements and department standards. Input results into technology platform (database). Identify problem areas if any and help develop solutions. Report results of reviews to Supervisor and participate in problem solving work related to areas of concern. Participate in work groups, committees, and ad hoc groups.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS

Bachelor of Science/Arts degree from an accredited university; related work experience in case management/program compliance may be substituted for college level education. Minimum of two years of experience working in subsidized childcare or other government-funded social services programs. Prior experience working in quality assurance, compliance, and internal audit preferred.
