Position Summary

Administers, develops, and maintains HR systems for the organization. Configures systems to meet ongoing business needs, including compensation, compliance, performance management, payroll, and workforce analytics.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Consults with the organization on system processes, efficiencies, and usability. Configures and implements business process upgrades and systems enhancements, including ensuring overall system performance is aligned with business objectives. Works with internal stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutions. Prepares and edits reports and user-friendly dashboards to make proactive and solution-driven business recommendations. Creates, reviews, and participates in scheduled functional testing for system fixes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance. Owns security access and functionalities in assigned systems. Guides and teaches business users on system functionality to achieve maximum value and output. Partners with IT to understand and prepare for integrations, migrations, uploads, and upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. 3+ years of HR systems experience. Prior Workday functional configuration experience.
