Required Qualifications

Active Kentucky registered nurse license or compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) All new graduate RNs will participate in the nurse residency program and successfully complete all activities as required. All new-hire Associate degree registered nurses (new graduate and experienced) are required to start an approved BSN program within one (1) year of hire and complete an approved BSN program within three (3) years of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university One (1) year of patient care experience in specialty area
